Fail Better Arts is a developmental community for BIPOC multidisciplinary artists—a space where unfinished, in-progress creative work is not just welcomed, but celebrated. As Creative Director, I partnered with the Managing Director to develop a playful, inviting brand identity that reflected the collective’s spirit of experimentation and artistic courage.

Before the rebrand, I created the Fail Better Fox—an illustrated mascot designed to embody the emotional highs and lows of the creative process with warmth and encouragement. The Fox became a visual anchor for the community, symbolizing vulnerability and creative growth.
